Here is a step-by-step guide to assist you in completing your application. Before you proceed, make sure you have your educational certificates and transcripts in hand.

1. Pre Admission Letter

• Select the program, which is of interest to you.
• Complete the form and sign the Application. Download Application Form.
• Attach copies of your educational certificates Computer qualifications / IT
• Experience certificates (if any) & English competency certificates.
• Attach a copy of your passport, relevant pages only
• Include 3 copies of your recent passport size photograph
• Attach other supporting documents you may feel support your application.
• Application Processing Fees (100 CND $).
• Send us your completed application and supporting documentation by Mail / Local Agent.

2. Assessment of your application & Pre Offer letter

Your application will be assessed by the Admissions Committee of the college and the decision will be conveyed to you by mail. Applicants accepted for admission will receive their Pre-Offer Letter by mail / e-mail / Fax. At this point you will be required to remit your course fee for receiving the final Offer letter. Upon receiving the part-payment / Full Payment towards your course fee, we will be sending you the original copy of your acceptance letter along with other certified documentation required for your Canadian Visa application processing.

3. Final Admission Letter

• Pay your Tuition Fees & Fill up TUITION FEE REMITTANCE FORM (A1)
• Proof of Payment

VISA & Arrival in Canada

At this point, you might want to get your Canadian Student Permit application processed. Applying for the Student Permit is your responsibility. However, your counselor at Netcom will be more than happy to provide you with information and guidance on the application process itself.
On receiving your Student Permit, you should travel to Canada at least two weeks before the scheduled start date for classes in order complete other formalities.
